We typically craft and dispatch your personalised piece within 15-25 working days. You'll receive a dispatch notification the moment it leaves our studio.
Once production begins we can't make changes, so please double-check spellings and dates before placing your order. If you spot an error immediately after ordering, contact us right away and we'll do our best to help.
Our signs are hand-routed from premium MDF, sanded smooth, and finished with weather-resistant paint. They're built to last decades — not just a season.
Currently we ship across India only. International shipping is something we're working on — stay tuned.
Yes you can cancel the order anytime before it is sent to production. We will share the mock up with you for approval, that is the time to cancel it. Once the product is in production, the refund policy doenst apply.
We do not have return policy since it is a customised piece. But if there is some quality issue with the product, you can send share the video/images of the product within 2 days of receiving the product. We will pickup the defected one and send a replacement of the product at no extra cost.
