REFUND, RETURNS ,EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nukkad Tales, a brand of 360 Spin Lab. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and refunds policy.
- Eligibility for Returns and Refunds – To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
- Non-Returnable items - Mantras and customised items are not eligible for returns. Exchanges only allowed for quality issues, limited to the same items.
- Timeframe for Returns and Refunds – You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return and refund request. After 7 days, we cannot offer a return or refund.
- How to Initiate a Return and Refund – To initiate a return and refund request, please contact us at hello@nukkadtales.com. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item to us.
- Refunds – Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If it is approved, we will process your refund immediately. However, the refund will take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account. This is the time bank takes to process the refund. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase, after we receive the returned item from you.
- Shipping Costs – Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Exchanges – We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
- Damaged or Defective Items – If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello@nukkadtales.com as soon as possible. We will provide instructions for returning the item to us and will either replace the item or issue a refund.
- Non-Returnable Items – Some items are non-returnable, including personalized pieces and Mantra. We will clearly indicate if an item is non-returnable on the product page.
- International Orders – International orders are subject to the same return and refund policy as domestic orders. However, customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item.
Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Exchange:
1.1 Products eligible for exchange must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
1.2 The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
1.3 A proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) is required to initiate the exchange process.
2. Color Exchange Policy:
2.1 Once a color choice has been made and the product has been purchased, the color cannot be exchanged for another color. We encourage customers to carefully consider their color preferences before finalizing their purchase.

Cancellation Policy
At Nukkad Tales, we understand that circumstances may change after you place an order. We are happy to accommodate cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.
To cancel your order:

- Include your order number in your cancellation request.
Orders cancelled after 24 hours:
Unfortunately, we are unable to process cancellations for orders that have already gone into production. As our items are often handcrafted, cancellations after this period may not be possible.
Exceptions:
We may offer exceptions to this policy at our discretion, such as in cases of product unavailability or unforeseen circumstances.
