Please note: We don't offer return for pieces for which the colors are chargeable. They can be exchanged in case you get it broken or there is some finishing issue.
- At Nukkad Tales, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it, no questions asked.
- If you receive a product that is damaged or has finishing issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for the item to be returned, and we will replace it with a new one.
- Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom-made or personalized items, unless the item is damaged or defective. We also do not offer refunds for shipping charges or customs duties.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at “firstname.lastname@example.org”. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label, if necessary.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 3-5 business days. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase, after we receive the returned item from you.
1. Eligibility for Exchange:
1.1 Products eligible for exchange must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
1.2 The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
1.3 A proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) is required to initiate the exchange process.
2. Color Exchange Policy:
2.1 Once a color choice has been made and the product has been purchased, the color cannot be exchanged for another color. We encourage customers to carefully consider their color preferences before finalizing their purchase.
