Please note: We don't offer return for pieces for which the colors are chargeable. They can be exchanged in case you get it broken or there is some finishing issue.
- At Nukkad Tales, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it, no questions asked.
- If you receive a product that is damaged or has finishing issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for the item to be returned, and we will replace it with a new one.
- Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom-made or personalized items, unless the item is damaged or defective. We also do not offer refunds for shipping charges or customs duties.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at “hello@nukkadtales.com”. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label, if necessary.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund immediately. However, the refund will take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account. This is the time bank takes to process the refund. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase, after we receive the returned item from you.
Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Exchange:
1.1 Products eligible for exchange must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
1.2 The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
1.3 A proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) is required to initiate the exchange process.
2. Color Exchange Policy:
2.1 Once a color choice has been made and the product has been purchased, the color cannot be exchanged for another color. We encourage customers to carefully consider their color preferences before finalizing their purchase.

Yes it is. These items are intended for tables. They measure 25mm in thickness and their size ensures they are self-supporting.

How to clean them? Will it get dirty over time?
No it won’t get dirty over time. Use a moist cloth to clean the surface.
How big are these?
Most of our products are around 6 – 9 inches. We have carefully kept the size that it doesn’t look too big or too small. These are apt to keep on table.
How heavy are these?
It is very light. Most of the products are around 130 gm in weight.
How long will it last?
We are absolutely certain that it will last for a very long time. Please note that It can break if it falls from a considerable height or the color might come off if scratched by a sharp tool. If kept properly, it will last a very long time.
Is the color customizable?
We have 8 colors options that you can choose from. You can check the section below the product title and price.
Is the design/font customizable?
We don’t offer any customizations for these designs. Though you can still mail us at hello@nukkadtales.com, for any special need.
Is it strong/will it break?
It won’t break if kept properly. Though it might break if it falls from a considerable height.

It is a handmade product. All the cutting and carving is done by hand.
